2.   U.S. Patent Application Serial Number 12/227,657, entitled: Compositions For Sustained Release Of Nitric Oxide, Methods Of Preparing Same And Uses Thereof, (96700/1445).

3.      PCT International Patent Application No. PCT/US2007/014442, entitled: Compositions For Sustained Release Of Nitric Oxide, Methods Of Preparing Same And Uses Thereof, (96700/1252).

Further improvements to the technology, as well as new inventions, will be protected by filing continuations and new patent applications as appropriate.
