Makefield Therapeutics is a privately held biotechnology company founded in 2009 to commercialize proprietary pharmaceutical products based on novel hybrid nanoparticle formulations that have enabled the delivery of nitric oxide gas (NO) in a local and sustained manner. The platform technology is also capable of delivering peptides, nucleic acids and traditional small molecule pharmaceuticals.

The Company has two products in development:
 
    1) a topical treatment for Erectile Dysfunction (ED) 

    2) a topical broad spectrum antibiotic for the treatment of 
        drug resistant skin infections
